Hunter Douglas has a “Limited Lifetime Warranty” on product defects. This type of warranty has become the industry standard for high quality products and applies to most of our lines. Excluded from this would be drapery workroom products. Please call our showroom at 773-282-1365 for more details.

Will Anna's Draperies and Blinds do In-Home Consultations in a suburb of Chicago?

Absolutely. We serve all of Chicagoland (city & suburbs). We occasionally have requests for consultations from customers in Northwest Indiana and Southern Wisconsin as well.

I found this great material, can I use it for my shades etc?

Yes, usually we can have shades made from your material using our workrooms but this would be on a case by case basis.

Will Anna's Draperies and Blinds come to my home for only 1 shade?

Yes, we will come for only 1 shade. Minimum installation charges will apply or you may choose to install yourself.
